Congratulations to the 5 teams that were victorious in the Summer League Tournament Finals !!!

Mens Finals !!!

Jay vs Daniel  - In a grueling 3 game final, Jay's team managed to defeat Daniel's team.  Congratulations Jason, Lonnie, Steve, and Rob !!!

Lenahans vs Misfits - Way to go Lenahans - Tony, Tim, Mike, and probably another player managed to beat out the Misfits.  Sorry if you were offended by my surprise - that might have been inadvertently rude on my part.  Congratulations Lenahans !!!   



Womens Finals !!!

MC vs Miranda - Congratulations to Miranda's team - they showed up 5 players strong and managed to squeak out the victory - Way to go Miranda !!!





Coed Finals !!!

Jay vs Liz

Todd vs Robbie
Liz's team managed to beat out Jay's team - I guess Lonnie can't dominate the game with only 25% of the sets ;)  
  Sure wish Todd didn't have wedding stuff to do - he could have worn out Robbie's team.  So, it was Liz's team and Robbie's team in the finals.  Man - that was an All-Star passing group
with Maria, Kevin D, and Robbie passing - who do you serve to ?  The
answer was Robbie, but unfortunately his passing was enough to keep the games close, but not enough for us to win. Robbie's team won in two close games - Congratulations Maria, Kevin D, Robbie, and Laura !!!  




Suzanne(4) vs Tim

Storm vs the winner 
Suzanne's team pulled the upset against Tim's dominant team and went on to defeat team Storm in the finals.  Congratulations Suzanne's team - Daniel, Suzanne, David, maybe Natasha and maybe someone else (I should probably know who all is on their team).  Way to go Team Suzanne !!!  



The Big Finish
The Women's Upper teams are going to play their finals probably August 20th - but other than that the league is over.  We will have open play on Tuesdays until the indoor league starts in Southwest - so keep coming out on Tuesdays !!!

Thanks to everyone for all their help with the nets, this league would not have been possible without distributing the workload amongst the player - so thank you for helping out.  I have a list of all the teams who have not picked up their net deposit - I have not forgotten you, I just haven't caught up to you yet.
