This is a hard thought process.  The junior matches for USA Volleyball will pay $22 for a provisional referee and $24-25 for a regional or national official.  High school pay a bit more as there is one match and then they go home and they are not captured for a tournament.  I would pass this information on to the Air Force Base and see if they need more.

Garry: As I stated 
on the phone, Millennium Health & Fitness is a government contractor 
providing health and Fitness services.  We are currently bidding on a 
contract for Volleyball Sports officials at the Little Rock AFB.  We are 
looking for officials as well as a "lead" official who is willing to be in 
charge of assigning officials to the games at the base.  This person would 
work directly with the Fitness Director at the base on our behalf to ensure that 
games are covered by the officials.  We pay a $5 management fee which means 
that for every game that is officiated, the individual gets $5 dollars.  
For instance, if there are 25 matches for the month of March, the lead official 
gets $125 for their efforts in assigning officials to the games.  Please 
let me know if you know of anyone who would be interested in this 
opportunity.  I would be happy to answer any other questions.  Thank
