[All_CAVBA] Volleyball tournament this weekend ...& more!

Hello All,

    I just wanted to let you know that Sweet Sets Volleyball will be holding men's, women's, and juniors' grass doubles tournaments on Saturday 5/9/09 and coed an adult doubles tournament on Sunday 5/10/09. All of the tournaments will be held in Murray Park on Rebsamen Park Rd. in Little Rock. Sign in is from 9:00-9:30am, with play beginning at 10am.    ...Also, if anyone would be interested in playing in a weekly junior's developmental doubles league (~30 minutes of training/coaching followed by supervised scrimmage), please let me know. If there is enough interest, I will start a league. I would probably need a minimum of 8 players to make it viable. It would be 1 night a week, starting around 6:15pm. The choice of which night is still open, but I would like to start within the next 2 weeks. The league would probably run about 6 weeks and cost around $50 (every player would have to be a member of AVPNext, which is $10 for a year). It would be open to any juniors players, so spread the word!
