[All_CAVBA] Playoffs, Board meeting, tournament

Hello All,
      In case you haven't noticed yet, the CAVBA league playoff schedules are 
posted on the website (http://www.CAVBA.net). Men's & Coed playoffs start this 
week! Women's will start next week.

    The next quarterly meeting of the CAVBA Board of Directors will be held on 
Wednesday August 11, 2010 at 6:15pm at the Panera Bread shop on Cantrell (just 
west of I-430).

    Sweet Sets Volleyball will be holding a Coed Grass 3s tournament this 
Saturday (July 31) at Murray Park in Little Rock to raise money for the American 
Lung Association. We will have a Competitive (lower) and a Power (upper) 
division. Teams must have at least 1 female and 1 male on the court at all 
times, but there is no requirement that either touch the ball during any 
particular play. Prizes will be awarded for the top finishing teams. For teams 
that pre-register and pre-pay by the end of the day on Thursday, the entry fee 
is $50/team. For teams who are pre-registered, but do not pre-pay by Thursday, 
the cost is $60/team. Walk-up registration is $70/team. Teams can have a 4th 
player (substitute), but they will be charged a $15 fee. Lunch will be provided.
